Orders placed online for pickup or delivery may be eligible for a refund if:
The wrong item was prepared,
An item was missing, or
The order was canceled before preparation began.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Deposits made for special events or group reservations are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Park Restaurant.
In case of emergencies or special circumstances, we may provide a credit for future use.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
